New Year’s Resolutions and other fibs we tell ourselves

Every year I promise myself on New Year’s that I will exercise more and try and eat healthier etc. And every year I don’t last very long. It’s not a fault thing it’s just life. I don’t go into it expecting to fail. I’ve come to the conclusion that I should just do my best every day and let myself live. Be good to yourself and don’t make resolutions, just live as well as you can and be the best you can. Try new things and get comfortable with who you are! Don’t feel guilty and fall off the wagon, just take a car instead! Have a great New Year’s but stay away from the resolutions! And thank heaven we can say bye-bye to 2020! Hope 2021 treats everyone better!
